Trapper's has highlighted Canadian cuisine since 1985. Drawing inspiration from all the provinces, Trapper's has created a fine dining experience, which combines our culinary heritage and fresh Canadian ingredients. Mussels from PEI, Brome Lake duck from Quebec, Rainbow Trout from Muskoka, organic chicken from Ontario, Alberta Veal Chop, pure maple syrup from Quebec, in-season local Ontario produce, wine from Niagara and fresh Atlantic Salmon are just a sample of the dedication Trapper's has to exploring our Canadian culinary capabilities.

Our knowledgeable service staff are more than willing to guide you through our menu offerings and suggest just the right Canadian wine to compliment your meal.
The focus is on Canadian continental cuisine with international touches: grilled jumbo prawns served on a bed of angel hair pasta with a lobster, cognac and chive cream sauce; Caribbean rock lobster tail; charcoal-broiled veal chop with a merlot, truffle, shiitake mushroom and fresh thyme reduction; and surf and turf.
