We smoke all our meat low & slow in Canada’s largest Bar-B-Q pit: St. Louis-style ribs, pulled pork, chicken and true Alberta beef brisket, all served in a Calgary Stampede atmosphere.
Watch the big game on one of our flat screens or enjoy a Lynchburg Lemonade on our huge, sunny patio. Open daily for lunch, come on over for our rip roarin’ happy hour, or stay later for some wicked live music. At The Palomino, our smoke is legal!
Restaurant featuring American slow-cooked barbecue. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken dishes are created on a custom-made barbecue from Missouri that weighs one tonne and holds 750 pounds of meat. Non-barbecue dishes also available. Retro Western setting. Large patio.
