Our kitchen crew prepares everything from scratch, every day. We cut steaks and chops, fillet fish, make pasta, prepare stocks, sauces, soups, salad dressings, marinades, prepare vegetables and bake our own desserts.

Our Bar is a saloon in the San Francisco tradition. It is also a shrine to malt whisky with over 200 on hand. Our bartenders are proud to take you on a journey through most of Scotland's Highland, Lowland, Islay and Campbeltown malts. Malt whisky tastings are a feature of Buchanan's Private Back Room, a 28 seat cosy, self contained bar.

Michael and Carol Buchanan are the owner/operators of Buchanan's. Michael is the driving force behind its menu, attitude and atmosphere. Carol has created and charmed a loyal following for the past twenty years.
