Since 1933, The Banff Centre programs have inspired new performing arts and transformed performer careers. This legacy is renewed each year with world-class dance, film, music, literature, theatre, opera and visual arts during the annual Banff Summer Arts Festival. After a day in the mountains spend a night with the stars at the funny, passionate and entertaining show Broadway…On the Avenue. David Rogers (Raoul and The Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera) returns to Banff by popular demand. He is joined by Mark Cassius (Broadway performer and The Nylons member) and Michelle Todd (soprano and London Theatre star). These powerhouse entertainers engage audiences with songs from Les Miserables, Wicked, The Sound of Music, Oklahoma and The Phantom of the Opera “Rogers emotes emotional intensity like a laser slicing the night” (Toronto Star). "Cassius commands the stage and has a breathtaking vocal presence" (Seattle Times). "Todd’s voice is as clear as water falling from a crystal mountain" (The Daily News).
