October 24: Singer/songwriter Ron Sexsmith brings his warm, soulful sound to the Symphony as part of the Halifax Pop Explosion. November 2: Tafelmusik's Jeanne Lamon leads the orchestra in a baroque concert. This concert only at St. Andrew's United Church (corner of Robie Street and Coburg Road). November 6, 9: Drawing in Sound. Violinist Robert Uchida performs Schubert's Symphony no. 3. November 21 to 22: Cape Breton fiddler Natalie MacMaster shares the stage. November 27: Lyrical Masterpieces with cellist Paul Marleyn. November 30: A Howard Cable Christmas with conductor Howard Cable, the Symphony Chorus and the Halifax Camerata Singers. December 5 to 7, 12 and 13: The Nutcracker. Classic holiday ballet with Halifax Dance and Mermaid Theatre. December 19 to 20: A Baroque Messiah. Handle's classic, with violin virtuoso Jeanne Lamon, the Halifax Camerata Singers and the Symphony Chorus.
