Cube Gallery

Until Dec. 31: 'Great Big Smalls' helps visitors at the gallery with the arduous task of holiday shopping with small works by over 60 artists, including art by gallery owner Don Monet, suitable for gift-giving. Jan 7 to Feb. 1: A duo show with recent work by Marc Raymond and Mary Wong. Feb. 4 to March 1: Recent paintings by Ottawa's Jean Jewer based on memories of the landscape of her native northern Newfoundland. Also on display are Hanna Back's latest sculptures, each beginning with two slabs of clay placed in relation to each other in different ways to express human dynamics. March 4 to April 5: The exhibition begs the question, "What is the status of the Canadian portrait today?". Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
