Located in a charming, historic building in the heart of the Hull district of Gatineau, Le Tartuffe is renowned for a menu inspired by the seasons. Chef/Owner Gérard Fischer procures regional produce, much of which comes from organic producers, to create unique dishes based on French traditions. An excellent wine list offers something for every palate. Steps from the Canadian Museum of Civilization, and minutes from downtown Ottawa and the National Gallery of Canada. Open Monday to Friday for lunch and Monday to Saturday for dinner.

Le Tartuffe

Chef/owner Gérard Fischer creates a table d’hôte from several appetizers and entrées. All recipes are seasonal and feature local produce, meats and fish, such as rabbit, lamb, duck, Alberta beef, game meats, salmon, trout, and shellfish. Recommended in 'Where to Eat in Canada.'
