Known best for the pub anthem “Home for a Rest,” famed Canadian band Spirit of the West makes its Living Arts Centre debut. Entering their second season, the Mississauga St. Michael’s Majors are back and ready for many action-packed periods full of bodychecks and slapshots. Stage West features some entertaining imports from across the pond. From September 20 to November 23, Boeing Boeing follows a depraved architect as he juggles three airline stewardess fiancées. As flights get delayed, a whirlwind of hilarity chaos ensues for the jet-setting Don Juan. From November 27, 2008 to February 8, 2009, those with a bent for U.K. tunes will delight in Stage West’s presentation of British Invasion.
