ONE KING WEST—A condo project designed to operate in the spirit of 19th century apartment hotels. A historic 1912 building that was once the head office of the Dominon Bank of Canada is home to 570 suites, starting at 381 square-feet. The Tower Building is 51 storeys high and is the tallest residential building in Canada. Suites are completely furnished and decorated.
